Why PowerPoint for lines is it vector???

You draw in vector, yes, even if the resulting image that you export in whatever format it gives you ends up being raster. Also, they're the cleanest lines I have to draw with.

Great work as a small thing I think there is a little too much exposure on the background effect

This is true, when I do greys into colors, I tend to fall back on over exposure to compensate. I like it but at the same time need to spend more time than I normally do with additional effect layers. Thanks for the comment~
